v0.8.4 New continue button and bugs fixed

As expected, v0.8.3 introduced a lot of new features, but also some bugs. Here a hot fix that resolves all found bugs. But not only bugs, this release also brings an updated continue button. Now you can choose if you want to skip only one day or simulate until the next match.

Note: I will be on vacation for at least one week from tomorrow. Therefore expect no updates in that period and slower replies to your feedback.
