3Dマーダーミステリー 黒焦げのあなた changes
hank you for playing The Ashen You! Here are today's changes, along with a recap of the important fixes from the past few days.
Bug Fixes
Added missing Simplified Chinese translations for text that previously displayed as "□□□".
Fixed an issue where the remaining investigation count might not carry over correctly after resuming an interrupted session (reconnecting). When a session was interrupted partway through an exploration part and then resumed, the investigations already used could fail to be restored — fully replenishing the count, or leaving different players with mismatched remaining counts.
Fixed an issue where the screen could remain black and stop progressing when creating or joining a room under poor network conditions. The game now automatically switches to an error message after a set time.
Fixed an issue where the title screen could reload after a failed room connection, making the error message impossible to see.
New Features & Improvements
A loading screen (with a loading indicator and progress bar) is now displayed during scene transitions and when resuming an interrupted session. Previously the screen simply stayed black while loading, making it hard to tell whether the game was progressing normally.
Once your own loading is complete, a message is now displayed while waiting for the other players to finish loading.
Creating or joining a room from the title screen now automatically retries after temporary network errors.
Improved an issue where, under poor network conditions, the room check when resuming an interrupted session could easily time out and fail.
Added diagnostics that record connection quality and error details. These will help us investigate and address the connection issues reported in overseas environments.
Recap of Recent Updates (July 10–12)
Since patch notes other than the latest one are easy to miss, here is a summary of the important fixes from the past few days.
- July 10Fixed an issue where, in unstable network environments, a failed reconnection during a scene transition could leave all players stuck waiting.
July 10: You can now select the server region when creating a room (Japan / Asia / South Korea / North America / Europe / Hong Kong).
- July 11Fixed an issue where players selecting different facilitators could cause progression to desync, preventing the game from proceeding properly.
- July 11To address connection errors caused by reaching the concurrent player cap, we upgraded our server plan and raised the cap to 500 concurrent players.
July 12: Identified the root cause of an issue where other players' voices could become inaudible in certain situations, and implemented a fundamental fix.
Thank you for your continued support of The Ashen You!
