There are a total of 16 tags in the game, and here are 8 of them. Note that they are not balanced, because not all tags have the same number of associated characters. Some tags are powerful, but the number of characters possessing that tag may be limited. The Human tag is the easiest to activate but also the weakest, providing little more than negligible stat boosts. The Attacker and Defender tags are also basic stat-boosting tags, but their bonuses are significantly more substantial. The Defender tag, in particular, increases Max HP, notably improving the team's overall durability. However, the Defender tag is not easy to trigger in large numbers, mainly because back-row units rarely have the Defender role (a battle allows up to 10 units: 5 front-row and 5 back-row). The Archer and Magician tags are damage-oriented. Archers focus on high single-target damage, while Mages specialize in opening-area-of-effect (AOE) damage. The Agiles tag holds considerable strategic value. Many characters with the Agility tag also possess skills like Sneak Attack or Assassination, which deal damage at the start of battle. If combined with a guaranteed first move for the entire team, it is common to wipe out the enemy in a single strike. The Restorer and Holy tags are typical sustain-enhancing tags. The Holy tag, in particular, allows units to be continuously revived, making it extremely effective in actual combat.
