addedHad an interesting bug reported in the Discord. The player had a pre Summer update save, downloaded the update, deleted their old save, and started a new game. A shop variable from the pre summer version somehow carried over to the new save they started and prevented the Regular from spawning. This is a fix for anyone who experienced that. No need to restart your save or anything. Should automatically get her shop to spawn after talking to her on the beach.
