10 Miles To Safety changes
Happy New Year Survivors!
Version 1.10 is now online with the following new features and fixes:
NIGHTMARE MODE
Continue your journey from a character that's made it to safety with a host of new items, weapons and enemies in a more dangerous world.
Once you complete a Normal game you'll also unlock Nightmare as an option when starting a new character.
NEW WEAPONS
Crowbar - melee weapon
Magus .45 revolver - powerful armour-piercing revolver
Nailgun - powerful SMG with craftable ammo
Hedge-trimmer - melee weapon with a long reach
Lektor - ultimate SMG
Crossbow - silently fires craftable explosive bolts
Minigun - Devastating automatic weapon
Rocket Launcher - Fires up to 4 rockets in a magazine
NEW THROWABLES, ITEMS & BUILDABLES
Electrified Barricade - arcs to all nearby enemies when hit
Beartraps - traps an enemy for a short time
Flashbangs - blinds enemies at night for a short time
Speedloader - increases revolver reload speed
New Composite & Commando armour types
Engineer, Medic, Military & Scout backpacks let you carry more of certain item types
NEW ENEMIES
Armoured Hunters, Behemoths & Shamblers are resistant to bullets but can be killed with armour-piercing weapons such as revolvers, rifles and melee, and are vulnerable to explosions and fire
Toxic hunters & behemoths explode on death, spreading corrosive acid
Raiders intent on taking your gear for their own now patrol the streets, setting up roadblocks and shooting on sight
