Zombie D-Day playtest

Please playtest the first level of my new game, Zombie D-Day, which is planned for release early next year. It looks like a few of you have already managed to find the playtest button, and have been trying it out.

changedFrame counterIf you're wondering why I left the frame counter in there it's because my PC is fairly old, and I'd be interested in feedback regarding the performance of the game on different hardware.

Controls

If anyone is struggling with the controls the game should work with keyboard / mouse. I have also tested with xbox 360 and PS3 controllers.

Move around and look around

Use WASD and mouse. Use controller joystick 1 and joystick 2

Use weapon

Press mouse or controller buttons to fire or throw a weapon, or to use a hand weapon, e.g. fist, knife or hammer.

Pickups

Pickups are activated by moving into them. Inventory items can be scrolled by using controller bumper buttons, or by keyboard buttons o and p.

Switch weapons and items

Use the relevant controller buttons to switch between weapon selection, and inventory selection. The keyboard button is e.

Exit

Pick up a key to enter a vehicle by moving towards the vehicle. Use the relevant controller button to leave the vehicle.

Frame counter

Press the c button on the keyboard to remove the frame counter from the screen.

Please remember this game is still being worked on, and there maybe bugs to resolve., which is the point of this playtest. Any CONSTRUCTIVE feedback would be welcome, at reessoftmail@gmail.com
