Various display-related bugs fixed

NOTE: This patch note is for informative purposes only. Yumeutsutsu Re:Idol remains playable in Japanese only at the present time.

A new bugfix has been pushed to address the following issues:

• Only Japanese-version video files play during the game (Partially fixed in last patch, but all proper videos should now consistently play for English- and Chinese-language setups.)

• Fullscreen setting does not save across gameplay sessions (You should now properly restart in fullscreen if you exited the game in fullscreen.)

• Exiting the game in fullscreen mode causes it to automatically restart in windowed mode (This should no longer occur for any users.)

The issue with Alt+Tab from fullscreen crashing the game is still present, but is being looked into by the developers, so a solution should be available sometime in the near future.
