There were some minor improvements to it in this patch: there is now a "New App Installed" notification when MARKOV gives it to you and there were some improvements with the sound in the final cutscene.

ETH: the ETH value you have is displayed with 5 fractional digits, but apparently it's not enough to prevent some rare artifacts to appear. The sixth digit of the ETH value now rounds to 0 to make sure the value is displayed properly.
