Upcoming Features: Trading Posts, Infirmaries, Toll Gates and More!

The gears are turning and several things are in progress this week. First off, the upcoming Trading Post feature is ready for testing on the Test Server.

addedThe gears are turning and several things are in progress this week. First off, the upcoming Trading Post feature is ready for testing on the Test Server. This feature will allow players to 'trade with tribes beyond the mist' and get their hands on new blueprints that will not be available through other methods as well as desirable schemes and patterns obtainable through inspiration and scavenging. For more information, check out the Trading Post feedback thread on the Xsyon website Next up several building uses are in the works. Infirmaries will allow for players to revive after death at nearby tribes instead of their home location. Tribes running infirmaries will be able to set a fee for this service. Welcome Stations will provide starting points for new players. Tribes that meet certain requirements including active Trade and Quest Totems will be allowed to host a Welcome Station. Toll Gates will allow players to create gates that can be opened by other players who pay a set toll fee. Tribes and homestead can use this feature to allow paid passage across their lands and bridges. Creature improvements are also still under way but are not yet ready for public testing. We are currently stress testing some optimizations to the creature AI update system.
