Repeated intro

What changed

0 fixes1 addition1 change0 removals
  • UI and audio
  • Gameplay
changedAnyways, I'm happy to announce the our first update! The main thing to note is the revamped/rebuilt UI for all of the game's menus, alongside a basic settings menu to adjust things like volume and graphics. The menus were remade using the Unreal CommonUI plugin so they should play a bit nicer with controllers now, though fringe cases are bound to pop up so let me know if you find any.
addedAside from that there are some smaller tweaks and changes sprinkled throughout, as well as some backend restructuring to make development easier and (hopefully) reduce file sizes. I unfortunately forgot to keep track of them so I can't really list them out here, I know I added some healing pickups to the boss fight but that's about it.

First off, a huge thanks to all the friends and family who have downloaded our game, and an even BIGGER thanks to anyone not from our immediate social circle who found the game on Steam and gave it a shot, it means the world.

Can't say for sure what will come next or when, I'd like to enhance the tutorial aspects of the game since they aren't very obvious, but we'll see. We have a feedback submission thing in the Discussion forums so please feel free to submit any suggestions or issues you have and I'll take a look.

That's all for now, and again, thanks to all of you for playing our game.
