Something’s Changing… A Major Update Is Coming Soon

Hey everyone,

We wanted to let you know that we’re working on a major update for Xi-Portal (Version 2.0)— and it’s going to shift the entire tone of the game.

This isn’t just a small patch or some bug fixes. We’re taking Xi-Portal in a deeper, darker direction — toward full psychological horror.

We’ve been using tools like ChatGPT to help us brainstorm, improve writing, and fine-tune the overall experience. It’s been a great way to push the story especially writing, but every word and decision is still guided by our vision.

What to Expect:

• A world that feels more… unstable.

• Characters that act differently depending on what you’ve seen — or missed.

• New secrets hidden beneath the surface.

• Puzzles that actually challenge your mind — nothing too random, but you’ll have to think carefully.

The update will also finally allow players to complete the current story arc, but it won’t be easy. You’ll need to explore, pay attention, and maybe even question the game itself.
