changedUpon further examination of the Linux controller support, X Archetype on Linux must be launched from Steam's Big Picture mode for the controller to work. This only applies to actual installations of Ubuntu, and it's flavors. The Steam/OS is always in Big Picture, so it should work with a controller by default.
