Lowered default sound volume * Added VIP display in the stats view * Fixed some remaining squished-dialog issues * Added hover-text to XP bar to explain why it counts down * Fixed persistent sign-in error after server resets * Fixed chat window to not open multiple copies * Chat window now remembers where you last put it * fixed glitch with split chat pane disappearing * fixed Alt-TAB back to app losing input focus
This branch also includes a change that I hope will make the Steam Overlay more cooperative, but it is untested. All this stuff is untested, which is why it's on the developer branch.
