Speedwum improvements:

I've made a couple of changes to some RNG events in order to improve the flow for Wuppo speedrunners.

  • Popo Train DepartureIf you acquire the Popo Chipcard within 25 minutes after starting a new game, the Popo train will reset to depart exactly 45 seconds after picking up the chipcard inside the Wumhouse.
  • Popo City FishingUsing a good fishing hook within 45 minutes after starting a new game will now have a 100% chance of catching Hendrick's Hat.

Tweaks:

  • Rami's Train minigame now features online highscores.

  • Rami's game will only be available after beating the Dorst miniboss or entering Popo City Central. We noticed some players missed out on Dorst Caffé entirely because they were too busy playing the minigame and unaware that the train had another stop at all.

  • Leaderboards are now available on the Steam Community page as well.

Fixes:

  • Fixed the "application surface" error.

  • Fixed an issue where the game freezes when trying to load an old savefile.

  • Rare bug where players lose an item through the pedestals should be fixed now.

  • Additionally, if the game recognizes that your store artifacts are lost, they will be added into your inventory.

  • You can now upgrade the Ultra Bucket at Bremco's fountain if you missed the first bucket upgrade.
