General:
Added a reverse layout for Tarmac 2.
Implemented visual damage scaling per momentum.
Improved collision particles and increased their amount.
Lawn mower ragdoll is now skinned.
Fixed lawn mower driver occasionally flashing for one frame.
Added a host option to disable wrong way speed limiter.
It is now possible to switch to Mixed 1 on dedicated server console.
Kick/Ban vote now only requires a simple majority of human players to pass. On a full server of only human players this would mean 13 players.
American 1 now has Class A AI opponents as designed.
Suspension geometry can no longer travel to invalid positions.
Improved AI aggression logic and added aggressive AI opponents.
Pressing look left + look right at the same time now results in look back.
Player car is now moved out of the grid in lobby on Figure 8, Mixed 1 and Tarmac 2.
Lowered part wear rate slightly and retuned event rewards.
Added a data cleaner for removing conflicting files from data folder. This is a small tool that will purge the game's sensitive folders from altered and/or added files when run manually with '-delete' command line parameter or when verifying the game cache or uninstalling the game via Steam.
Improved gamepad and keyboard controller.
Implemented a loading screen animation.
