We know many of you have been waiting for the next update, and we wanted to share both what is coming with this patch and what we are building toward next.

First, let’s talk about what is included in this patch.

🌴 Summer Theme Update: Restaurant Customization

With this patch, we’re adding new summer-themed customization items to the game.

You’ll be able to find and use them directly from the customization section on the in-game computer.

The summer set includes:

Dining Area

We've turned the bare concrete and cold metal into a warm summer hangout:

  • Cozy wooden walls replacing the bare concrete

  • Fresh green hedges along the counters and dividers

  • Woven pendant lights for a soft golden glow

  • Comfy cushioned chairs and brighter tables instead of the old stools

Kitchen

Your workspace gets the same summer treatment:

  • Cold tile walls turned into warm timber

  • Rich wooden planking on the floor

  • A lush strip of greenery and pebbles along the back wall

  • New hanging lantern lights to brighten up every shift

🛠️ Stability and foundational improvements

Alongside the visible summer content, we’ve also been working on important foundational changes behind the scenes.

Wrap House Simulator was our first game, and over time we realized that some older systems were making it harder to expand the game, add new content, and fix issues safely. That’s why a lot of our recent work has been focused on replacing legacy systems and making the game healthier for future updates.

Now, let’s talk about what we are building toward next.

🔥 Disasters are coming to the kitchen

One of the bigger systems we are working toward is Disasters.

The idea is to make shifts feel more alive, more unpredictable, and more chaotic in the best Wrap House way possible.

Fires can break out at stations, power outages can shut down the restaurant, rainy days can leave slippery water spills on the floor, and some “problem customers” may cause trouble in the queue.

For example, if a station catches fire, you’ll need to grab the extinguisher and react quickly before the station becomes unusable. If the power goes out, you’ll need to fix the fuse box while orders keep piling up. And yes, slipping on a wet floor will probably be as stupid and funny as it sounds.

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Assistant

We’re also working toward a Kitchen Assistant system.

The assistant can help with prep work, fill a dedicated stash with chopped ingredients, and even complete simpler orders when the required ingredients are ready.

The goal is not to replace the player. The goal is to make the restaurant feel more alive, reduce some repetitive pressure, and give you more room to focus on the chaos that actually matters.

As the system grows, the assistant should become an important part of the restaurant’s daily flow, especially for players who want to manage bigger shifts more comfortably.

☕ Cafe Across the Street

We’re also planning a small business expansion where players can purchase and manage a cafe across the street.

The cafe will generate passive income, include staff and upgrade decisions, and give you another way to grow your food empire without pulling you away from the main restaurant during every shift.

Think of it as a new layer of progression: something you can improve over time while still keeping the main kitchen as the heart of the game.

A small note about future content

Some of these larger systems are still being tested and developed, so details may change before release.

We wanted to share them early because we know many of you are curious about the future of Wrap House Simulator, and we want to be more transparent about the direction we’re taking.

The Summer Patch is one step. The bigger goal is to make Wrap House Simulator easier to update, easier to expand, and stronger for the long run.

We know the wait has been longer than anyone wanted, and we genuinely appreciate everyone still supporting the game while we work through this transition.

Thank you for staying with us, sending reports, giving feedback, and keeping the kitchen alive.

Now get ready for summer, decorate your restaurant, and be ready to get back into the kitchen!
