Quality of Life Improvements
Removed the requirement to finish expeditions between era 4
debate speeches
.
Changed relic reward UIs to use hoverable underlines for terms rather than one big list.
Clarified several relic and invocation descriptions.
Added clickable links to settler quest titles in the active quests list.
Made the pressed state for buttons clearer.
Made even non-gameplay animations follow the animation speed setting. This was requested by numerous players, but I'm open to adjusting this if folks want separate controls over gameplay and non-gameplay animation speed.
Made clicking outside of the Haven NPC speech bubble while their speech text is animating skip the animation instead of closing the speech bubble.
Applied font scaling settings to the quest goals and shard culture requirements.
Bug Fixes

Fixed the Double Salvaged Strokes skill having the wrong requirement.
Fixed the Fox companion not animating at stage start.
Fixed several UIs being cut-off at high font scales or when using zoom-on-hover.
Fixed several typos.
