WRA PATCH NOTES V1.03

Hey everyone! Been busy at work again with some more changes before I go back to university. The main focus of this patch was adding more content and optimisations. [SYSTEM] - Added new practice menu.

added[SYSTEM] - Added new practice menu. Better organised and modular for future additions. - Restructured Options menu for easier use. - Enabled forward rendering, which should result in a large FPS increase. - Added Car Setting menu (I've got plans for this one later!)
changed[CAR] - Increased tire skid volume. - Optimised car model. - Optimised driver model.
added[STAGE] - NEW STAGE: SNOWY - PRO DIFFICULTY If you're looking for a new challenge... face Snowy, the most difficult stage the game has to offer!
addedOptimisations applied to Stadium. - Optimisations applied to Forest. - Moved one of the boundaries of Forest for a more lenient reset point. - 60 FPS cap added to prevent optimisations from causing extreme speedup and fast-forwarding.
fixed[QUALITY OF LIFE] - Removed "that rock" from Forest. - Added quick restart in Pause Menu. - Added arrows to show where selections are in the Main Menu following complaints of it being unintuitive. - Added ARROW KEY support for controlling the car. - Fixed a bug with MPH not appearing turned on even when it is in the Options Menu. - Fixed a bug where audio volume would appear to not save in the Options Menu.
