added180-card decision catalog — 24 new economy, 24 society, and 24 world/security cards, all triggered by your nation's actual data and situation. • Positive cards — 20 acknowledgment cards celebrate booming growth, debt milestones, diplomatic wins, and cultural golden ages, with details grounded in your run. • 6 national milestones — one-time landmark moments honored with zero-cost recognition cards. • Military tech is visible — the War Room's new MILITARY TECH panel shows every buildable class, what's locked, and exactly what to raise to unlock it. • Sealift & logistics — intercontinental ground invasions now require real naval lift. No navy, no D-Day: distant wars are penalized or blocked outright, for you AND the AI. • Conquered nations stay conquered — fully absorbed countries no longer send trade offers, vote in organizations, or appear at summits. • Spy network fix — Shadow Ops actions update in place instead of flipping you to the Covert Ops screen. • Header time controls — the top bar now matches the dashboard: +1 Day, +1 Week, Advance Month, +3, +12. • Country avatars removed — the portrait discs were clipping on many nations; clean flag-and-text rows are back.
