This is a small patch that will address a number of bugs and will provide technical fixes, as well as changes to the current Role Points system. Deployment will start at 7:00 UTC and will take around two hours. During the maintenance period, the servers will be unavailable. Here’s the full list of changes.
changedRole Points AdjustmentsRole Points are your in-game score and reflect your contribution during a match and can be viewed on your in-game scoreboard. Generally, the higher your Role Point score, the greater your Credit and XP earnings. In general, there is a direct correlation between match performance, Role Points earned, and post-battle rewards. As a result of these adjustements, the previous economy & post battle earnings will be reverted. We're making some adjustments to how Role Points are earned across different events.

Role Points Adjustments

Role Points are your in-game score and reflect your contribution during a match and can be viewed on your in-game scoreboard. As a result of these adjustements, the previous economy & post battle earnings will be reverted. We're making some adjustments to how Role Points are earned across different events.

These changes are intended to speed up progression for most vehicles and make progression rates more consistent across the roster as well as to bring HSTV-L progression closer to the intended pace, as it's currently progressing faster than expected and, lastly, to reduce differences in XP earnings between match modes, helping ensure a more consistent progression experience regardless of which mode you play.

This is how Role Points will be adjusted:

  • Ability Damage: 5 —> 20

  • Jamming Enemies: 20 —> 200

  • Destroying enemies via abilities: 20 —> 40

  • Status application: 20 —> 0

  • Blocked Damage with APS: 1 —> 10

  • Blocked Damage: 5 —> 10

  • Crit Damage at Long Range: 20 —> 75

  • Status Effect Damage: 5 —> 20

  • Kill Assist: 25 —> 35

  • Damage at long range: 20 —> 50

  • Slowed Assist: 5 —> 0

  • Recon Assist: 5 —> 0

Bug Fixes

  • Fixedissue where Daily Vehicle Missions would occasionally fail to refresh after completing all available missions and waiting for the next daily reset. You should now receive a new mission each day as intended.
  • Fixed: bug where Battle Pass would fail to display when opened for the first time after logging in.

  • Resolved: login issue that could prevent from entering the game after reconnecting multiple times. This resulted in an endless loading state.

  • Fixed: UI issue in the Conquest game mode that could cause objective status notifications to overlap with Bombing Event alerts.

  • Fixed: bug with Hound's Hunting Time ability. The ability now correctly marks nearby enemies after successful execution.

  • Fixed: issue with charge based ability (e.g. Hound Leopard1A6A1's Decoy, Ember's XM1V's Minefield, Chopper's FV4030 X's Bastion) where the UI in the HUD did not display the correct counters. These are now displayed correctly.

  • Fixed: tech issue for PS5, improving game stability when resuming play after periods of inactivity.

Quality of Life Improvements

  • Updated: World of Tanks: Modern Armour inspired layout for a more intuitive control experience.
