The Same Game, on Unreal Engine 5

It took time, testing, and a lot of feedback to get here. The game is moving to Unreal Engine 5, giving us more power to improve visuals, physics, and future features—without losing the maps, tanks, and battle feel that make Blitz Blitz.

The goal is simple: make the battlefield look clean, feel sharp, and hold up as the game grows. Not change for the sake of change. A stronger base for future updates players can see and feel.

The Journey to June 17 Pays Off

Before the Reforged Update arrives, events, rewards, and gifts are rolling in! Various in-game activities will earn you an extra reward: Tanker's Rings. Once the Reforged Update is live, you will be able to exchange them for prizes including Almus, the new Tier VIII medium tank.

Check out the Active Core event —that's where you can follow the road to the Reforged Update.

One of the key milestones on that road is the Forgefire Countdown event. This time, the whole server will push together toward one common goal! At the top of the reward track is the Set License. In the Reforged Update, it will let you instantly get any researchable tank set—that's a branch of vehicles up to Tier X!

We'll break down the upcoming events and rewards separately, so you know what's coming, when it lands, and what it gets you.

Not the Finish Line. The Starting Line.

The Reforged Update is not just a visual step forward. Moving Blitz to a new engine gives the game more room to grow through future updates, fresh features, and better solutions without fighting old tech every step of the way.

June 17 is the date. After that, the road keeps going!
