Captains! We recently discovered an issue with the Altar: the reward drop chances were not working as intended. As a result, some players were able to obtain significantly more resources than the system was designed to provide, which affected the in-game economy.

This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologize. The issue has already been fixed. Our next step is to carefully correct its impact so we can restore the economy and maintain fair conditions for all players.

Here's what you need to know if you used the Altar while the issue was active:

  • No bans. We will not penalize anyone for using the Altar during this issue.

  • We have set a reasonable tolerance threshold. If you only made a small number of exchanges or encountered the issue accidentally, you will not be affected by the adjustment.

  • The adjustment only applies to accounts that made extensive use of the issue, and only to the excess resources gained beyond that threshold.

  • Resources obtained directly through the issue will be removed. If those resources have already been spent, their equivalent value in Gold will be deducted instead.

  • Even after the adjustment, all affected players will still remain well ahead overall from the event. We are only removing the obvious excess that disrupted the game's overall balance.

During the adjustment process, you may notice changes to the amount of resources on your account. If you believe your account was affected incorrectly or unfairly, please contact Customer Support, and we will review your case manually.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We are doing everything we can to make this adjustment as carefully and transparently as possible.

Fair winds, Captains! 🌊
