Hotfix 0.26.3

These are the Hotfix modifications: Added the option to disable the joystick axes. For those who are having trouble assigning some keys, activate this option (Options> Controls> Disable joystick axes).

fixedFixed issue with activating the completed level screen in inappropriate states in some rare situations.
addedThe stability of the steerable block has been improved. I remade how the steerable block works, now it should be more stable and accurate, but I still haven't had time to make fine adjustments to its new parameters, so in future updates its behavior may change a little.
