Version 1.5.6 is Live!

Hello once again World Circuit Boxing fans! We hope that you and yours are well. Today we have released and made live the newest version of WCB. Several of the changes found in the latest installment were designed straight from the feedback we've received from those of you who have commented, posted, emailed, or otherwise voiced your opinions of our first commercial release game. We remain dedicated to bringing you the highest possible performing version of WCB we can. Furthermore, we are still just thrilled to be a part of your Steam community and have a place in your libraries among the many greater games available. Please continue to respond and to post your thoughts and ideas. We welcome and need them so that we can hold up our end of the bargain. This is especially true in the case of the 1.5.5 GymManager system which is still pretty new and may have some bugs we've yet to discover during in-house testing. Also, if you have an issue that you can't find in the Help Scene in the game or in the still-unfinished manual available in your download, don't hesitate to bring it to our attention. Many things can be remedied with a quick community reply giving you instructions. Below are the update changes made for version 1.5.6. We appreciate you, your time, and your assistance always. J3IGames ********************************************************************************** UPDATE CHANGES VERSION 1.5.6 **********************************************************************************' -Added Fullscreen and window ratio option in the Settings scene. You can now toggle the screen size and ratio with these options. This change was made to accomodate our players who requested it. We apologize that it has taken several weeks to fix it, but alas, here it is. -Changed the 'Typing' sound effect to a sound more pleasant to the ears when naming boxers, fight-styles, gyms, nicknames, etc. -Darkened the settings scene's options window so that it was more legible -Created three new options in the Settings Scene's options window. These options are also a direct result of player feedback. They allow you to bypass notifications during the Advancement of a season for Retirements, Training Results, and Hall of Fame Inductees. This will make the season advancement go much more quickly. We have plans to expand this to bypass wager results and gym earnings and boxer gym departures in the future. -Replaced some poorly designed windowskins. We selected some darker colors this time, as we have found that they offer much better display when they are used. A red, a brown, and a green are available now as Window21, Window22, and Window23.
