Patch 1.1.7.16

Greetings, Ascended! Today we are rolling out patch 1.1.7.16 on PC, patch 1.1.7.24 on XBOX, and patch 1.018 on PlayStation. Fixed an issue where the some Gate of Fates nodes and Affixes would not affect summons.
