3. Monetization Monetization is permitted only when using official partner programs provided by platforms like YouTube or Twitch. If inquiries are made by video-sharing platforms regarding the use of this content, please refer them to these guidelines.

4. Restrictions on Content The following types of content are excluded from this guideline:

• Reposting videos created by others or videos focused solely on listening to music.

• Posts that include characters, illustrations, music, or audio data from collaborative works.

• Content that violates these guidelines.

• Content that significantly damages the reputation or credibility of the creators or related parties.

• Content that falsely implies sponsorship or collaboration with the Company or its affiliates.

• Content that promotes or endorses criminal or unlawful activities.

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

• Content that violates public order and morals or is deemed inappropriate by the Company.
