Support for 75hz, 144hz and 165hz monitors

I added support to the most common monitor frequencies. The measurement of frequency is quite inaccurate on html5, the algorithm is quite complex. The game now should run at 75fps, 144fps and 165fps on GPU.

The game now should run at 75fps, 144fps and 165fps on GPU.

On monitors of 240hz and 360hz, it will cap as 120fps on CPU sync the html5/javascript game cannot handle that many frames.
