Update 2.5.0 - Free Exchange, Item Enchantment and Fixes

Version 2.5.0 is here! It took some time as the team is focused on WOM: Worlds, but the pace of Retro updates should get back to normal as soon as we finish organizing the new development team dedicated to Retro.

For now, we're bringing you some of the most requested systems by the community of WOM: Retro!

Without further ado, let's get to the version log 2.5.0!

New item enchantment system! Currently equipment could be improved just by adding runes in its empty spaces, now, in addition to runes, you can enchant equipment from level 1 to 30!

How it works:

From level 1 to 20, you need 1 equipment of the same level and rarity, and 1 arkin gem to attempt the enchantment, there is no chance to regress.

From level 20 to 30, you need 1 equipment of the same level and rarity, and 1 corrupted arkin gem to attempt the enchantment, if it fails, the item loses 1 enchantment level.

Level 30 is the maximum enchantment and will strengthen your item considerably.

Character change gift

For all players who have a subscription (with poporo point or with WP), 1 free character change will be delivered every 1st of the month, if the player already has a change on the day, it will not accumulate.

Improvements -Added a checkbox in the professions window so that the player can choose if he wants a continuous creation/improvement process or by mouse click

Balance items Ancient Helmet Heal life based: 8% to 4%

Lacent Daamage life based: 18% to 15%

Bugs fixed -Bug where when losing connection for any reason, the client could not try to reconnect -Bug where failing to insert runes did not weaken items with a 10% chance -Bug where the Steam store failed to launch on WP purchases

The update will be applied in-game on the 12th! The server will shut down on 10/12 03:00 UTC and should return on 10/12 05:00 UTC.

The future We want to continue the previous planning to release Serai Fin and the improvements to the game's ranked PVP system, however, the next content update will take some time to happen as the 4Tabern team undergoes a restructuring.
