Steam Controller Support!

This update features full Steam controller support. Default configuration is in and you can adjust it to your liking. If you are a Steam controller user, why don't you find your own preferred settings and share them? Check out a fun video above showing gyro function to fly the plane. No button pressing, only tilting & twisting the Steam Controller. Warning, it looks easier than it is! Other fixes and improvements:

• Event rankings: lobby, loading page and ingame ad board fully operational

• Tutorial loading page: show controls you're using

• Player license now displays rp and medals

• Options menu now correctly save all settings

• In rare cases when playing MP, player might not properly cross the start line, therefore wouldn't be counted as part of race

• Memory crash - 76926 KB, canyon close call champion

• Fixed wheels on planes sometimes positioned incorrectly

• Change some achievement icons & text

• dx9 starting in FullScreen bug fix - thanks Burns!
