Bug after you report and how to tracking your bug

Hi guy ! Thank you guys have reported Error to me by pressing F2 , This things help me a lot to continuously improve Windy kingdom for the better in the future .

Depending on how you set up in the game's report, it will display in one of the Feedback or Bugs columns

  • Bugs : Where to report bugs in game

4 columns remaining ( for DEV )

  • ResolvedThis column contains the fixed bugs .
  • Checked and being processedThis column is where the errors are in the process of being resolved
  • The cause has not been found : This column contains errors that cannot find the cause , Need gamers contact me to solve, the way to contact me write in the section below.

  • This is not a Bug : This column contains reports that have been misinterpreted as errors . I have a comment below the report so user can read .

  • Change logsThis column to checks the version and the bugs fixed in that version

I will prioritize fixing important make player can not be continue play first. Unimportant errors will be supported later . The bug fix version may be updated continuously once a day or twice. I will fix the error very quickly then upload it , so as not to interrupt your experience.

There are errors that need to check your game save file, you can send me save game files via email :info@eastfog.com . File save game will be in the folder: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\LocalLow\EastFog\Windy Kingdom Inside this folder there may be screenshots that you reported error to me earlier. You can delete it because these pictures are already stored on Trello (Note: Only delete the image file, do not delete the files .Eastfog because it is your save game)

How to contact DEV: current this game fixed by one person, so it was impossible to speed up the process. Some error very complicated , that take a long time to fix and there are errors I cannot find the cause and need to contact the gamer to ask .
