Steam Next Fest Demo is Live!

Winds of Arcana: Ruination is part of the October 2025 Steam Next Fest! To celebrate, we have a new and polished demo, with updated visuals and performance improvements!

Here are a few notes from our dev team for this demo:

• This demo features 3 Magic Weapons, 1 Soul Crest, and 4 Relics to let you experience the core combat features of the game.

• You can also find 2 pulsating boss fights to try out your favourite weapons and powers.

• Some paths have been closed to provide a curated demo experience.

• Please note you cannot complete any quests in this demo.

• The full game will contain more weapons, secrets, and platforming abilities (grapple, double jump, wall jump, etc.) for you to explore a rich metroidvania world!

Once you’ve tried the demo, we would be thrilled if you could take some time to fill out our feedback form. It would help us greatly in making some useful tweaks to the final game!
