It’s been a hot minute, but we have some news to share on the development progress of Winds of Arcana: Ruination.

Firstly, we really want to thank everyone who provided feedback on our downloadable PC Demo 2.0. All your Steam forum posts, your messages on our Discord community, as well as what several content creators had to say… we combed through it all! It’s because of your valuable time and feedback that we are able to shape WoA:R into something special.

Now let’s get into the meat of it! Here’s what we’ve changed and added since our last showing:

  • Fine-tuned and improved the combat system

  • Brand new animations for Aryn.

  • Updated VFX and SFX.

  • Added a whole bunch of side-quests with new characters!

  • Not to mention some new tracks for exploration and battle!

And that is just the tip of the iceberg. We have even more things added and built for the game that, unfortunately, we’re not able to show you just yet. However, that leads us into our next announcement…

Brewed Games is coming to GDC 2025 in San Francisco and we’ll be showing the latest WoA:R build to the public! This is a huge milestone for us as we’ll be able to directly interact with fans from across the world as they get to experience what you’ve been helping us brew (hah)!

If you would like to attend any of the events we are attending during GDC week, keep an eye out on socials or Discord for more information. Lastly, we know you guys are hungry for another playable demo. While we can’t say anything for certain just yet, we are definitely looking forward to doing something soon-ish. Fingers and swords crossed!
