Wigged Out changes
Big changes are added to Wigged Out! We’ve been hard at work tweaking, refining, and adding in new content to make the game even more chaotic and fun. This update brings new features, crucial fixes, and a whole lot of polish! Some of the newest additions include two brand-new items—the Toilet and the Big Fish —ready to shake up the game! And for those who prefer to let their actions do the talking, we’ve added an emote system, so you can express yourself without saying a word. We’ve also dedicated a lot of effort into improving online play, making matches smoother and more reliable than ever. Thank you for your continued support—your feedback keeps us going! Performance & Networking
Optimized the entire game, improving networking stability and reducing lag.
Camera optimizations across all scenes (no more multiple cameras active at once).
Goals are now properly synced for all clients.
New Features & Content

Added rotation to character in collection menu
Localization & UI Overhaul
Full localization update, including better handling of language changes.
Fixed misaligned UI elements, such as "Local" and "Online" text overlaps.
Improved announcement texts and UI readability.
Fixed room code display issue when switching languages.
Critical Bug Fixes
Fixed softlock issues that could occur when pausing or entering menus.
Fixed players getting stuck in different situations.
Fixed unresponsive inputs when disconnecting/reconnecting controllers.
Improved matchmaking handling, reducing the chance of getting stuck in online rooms.

Collision & Interaction Adjustments
Increased trigger rate for items like the lance.
New collision shape added for the lance.
Better collision checks for Jock ult.
Fans no longer push players who have the “NoKnock” effect active.
Clients can now predict interactions with placed items/hazards, reducing lag in physics-based interactions.
Spawning & Character Behavior
Fixed player spawning issues: Only player one spawns when returning to the main menu.
Lucy’s Dog now correctly spawns on the ground instead of falling through.
Fixed rotation of George in collection.
Fixed an issue where characters were hiding when changing levels.
Balance Adjustments
Increased collision check rate for Brad’s ultimate ability.
Adjusted item and ability balancing.
Rotating goal is now easier to score on from both sides.
Visual & UI Enhancements
Collection & Trophy Scene Improvements
Added new collection arrows for better UI navigation.
Characters now rotate properly in the collection menu.
Smoother, less laggy trophy scene.
Less “deep-fried” trophy images & improved camera angles.
General UI Fixes
Removed button focus from “Create” game button; now defaults to "Join".
Fixed UI alignment on multiple screens.
Menu animations improved.
Fixed spacing in text & announcement popups.
Added auto-changing glyphs on the intro screen based on platform.
Other Visual Fixes
New particle effects for fountains.
Updated aim decals for Banans, Wig Keg, and the Toilet item.
Fixed clipping issues with characters in collection mode.
Fixed camera optimization in all scenes.
Removed camera shake from Big Ball when affected by “Taps.”
Bug Fixes
Controller & Input Fixes
Fixed controller disconnect issues in online matches.
Fixed unresponsive controls when disconnecting controller at specific times.
Game now properly pauses when opening Steam overlay.
Online & Matchmaking Fixes
Fixed room code updating when changing language.
Players no longer get stuck if they fail to join a room.
Clients now see a 'Waiting for Host' notification when the host is deciding on match settings.
Teams are no longer considered balanced if all players are on one team.
Animation Fixes
Fixed animation pop issues when changing wigs with Jock.
Fixed animation issues in tutorial (Coach animations).
Fixed wig-related animation bugs.
Miscellaneous
Fixed issue where achievements weren’t saving/loading properly.
Fixed floating props in some levels.
Removed redundant logs that were spamming the console.
