Here are all of the changes
Made it more clear than F4 puts the game into full screen.
Added more starting locations for each map, allowing more choice in planning where units will be.
Buffed the Sniper Rifle to have unlimited range outside of 5 tiles near the user, but with a lower hit change (30%)
Made it visually more clear where unit starting placements are.
Changed some text to be clearer.
Changed the stats to some enemy weapons to compensate for the Sniper Rifle buffs.
