changedToday's update brings a few changes and improvements, mostly bugfixes: Gameplay changes:
changedShaira: Reduced Static penalty from 15 to 10%
changedShaira: Increased Battery by 1 point.
changedOkiku: Increased Transfusion effect from 6 to 8%
changedOkiku: Increased Adaptation effect from 6 to 7% and maximum number of stuns from 8 to 10 (so she goes from a maximum theoretical 48% boost to a 70% boost).
