Update 1.1 is here!

Hi everyone!

We’re back with the long-awaited update that we’ve been working on for the past few weeks. Following the incredibly positive reception of Whispering Death: Prologue, there’s nothing left to do but push forward and go full steam ahead with Chapter 1!

- Added a new room: "The Attic"

- Added German language support

- Added highlights to padlocks for easier identification of locked doors

- Notes can now be displayed on-screen

- Updated and improved the game loading screen

- Added gameplay tips to the loading screen

- Added option to skip voicelines and Minigame texts

- Overhauled graphics settings, including new options for:

- Brightness

- 3D Resolution (for lower-end hardware)

- DirectX 11/12

- Monitor Refresh Rate

- Rebuilt Death’s AI structure

- Improved the door system

- Improved general lighting

- Reduced the frequency of Death’s whispers

- Added 30+ new sounds

- Updated the escape sequence

- Safe handle feedback: After entering the correct code, the handle will flash to signal it’s ready to open

- Updated models for padlocks and keys

- Added 4 new puzzles

- Adden new achievment

- Added 4 new in-game events

- Increased the number of interactive items

- Added new models

- Added light switches to the basement

- Added new item spawn locations

- Added a new soundtrack

- Refreshed Steam achievement graphics

- Updated the end credits Steam post image - Fixed issues with remapping interaction keys

- Fixed disappearing books (LOD issues)

- Added hitboxes to the cabinet and ladder in the basement

- Added collision for items with the garage door

- Fixed tutorial text in the English version

- Fixed plank hitboxes to prevent them from clipping into the front door

- Fixed a bug that killed the player despite successfully completing the game

- Adjusted the tutorial padlock position to prevent clipping with the door model
