Fixed an issue which caused passive upgrade settings to reset on future stages
Fixed an issue with the pause menu passive upgrade list when exceeding the upgrade display limit
Passive upgrade pins, re-rolls, upgrades, and banish counts now carry over to future stages
Fixed an issue where banished upgrades appeared in future stages
