Guide : DLC items not showing and linking your account to Steam

Hi everyone! We've identified an issue where some players aren't receiving their DLC items after purchasing them, and we're sorry for the inconvenience!

This issue only affects Weyrdlets 1.0 players who created their account using email login.

If that's you, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account using your email and password.

2. Open Settings -> Accounts.

3. Scroll to the bottom and select Link Steam Account.

   

4. Once your account has been linked, log out.

5. Return to the title screen and select Login via Steam.

Your DLC items should now appear correctly.

Important: Please make sure you link your Steam account first before using Login via Steam. These are two separate actions.

You can still log in with your email and password if you prefer, but please note that your DLC items may not appear when using that login method. 🙏
