I’m the developer of We Are So F*cked: The Last Critter Crew, and I’d like to briefly share the development plan for this project.

At the moment, I’m focusing on completing the Demo version, which is expected to be released in March.

The Demo is planned to include three playable maps:

  • Tutorial Map (Backrooms)

  • Flooded Area (Backrooms)

  • Abandoned Research Facility (Post-apocalyptic world)

The Flooded Area will feature underwater exploration mechanics. Your expedition crew will have to face threats from unknown creatures while also managing oxygen levels.

The Demo is expected to provide around one hour of gameplay.

As this is a solo-developed project, some environments, UI art, and story content in the Demo may not be fully polished at demo launch. These aspects will be gradually improved in future updates.

Regarding the full release, development is expected to take an additional 4–6 months. The full version is planned to include:

  • 8–10 maps

  • 10+ unknown creatures with different behavior patterns

  • 5+ playable expedition members

I aim to complete and release the full version before September.

If you’re interested in the game, please consider adding it to your wishlist. I’ll be sharing new development logs every month.

See you next time, and have a great day!
