changedBefore I reached out to a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist for help, work was going very slowly. I could spend a whole month drawing just 2–3 sprites. Now, on average, I make 1 level per week. It all depends on how complex the level itself is from a gameplay perspective.
changedI’m from Ukraine, from a small city called Kherson, which is known for its watermelon harvests. Right now, this city is under constant shelling. I’m staying at home. I don’t have the chance to feel calm, coziness, and quiet. So I really wanted to create a small game universe where those things exist.

“How long does it take to create one level?”

Before I reached out to a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist for help, work was going very slowly. I could spend a whole month drawing just 2–3 sprites. Now, on average, I make 1 level per week. It all depends on how complex the level itself is from a gameplay perspective.

“Which level was the hardest to develop?”

Probably the first one, because I was getting used to isometric drawing. Also, a very difficult level I’m working on right now is “Laundry Room”. It has a huge number of details that need to be drawn.

“Why watermelons? 😄”
