Notice of Compensation dated 29 January 2023
January 29, 2023 Server maintenance Bulletin
Dear Commanders, the game server was attacked by an unknown hacker on January 29th, 2023. The production team did their best
Protect and recover related losses, but part of the losses still cannot be recovered, sorry for affecting the game experience of commanders. commander

The compensation scheme is as follows:
Paying Player Account (Deadline: 3 months, 2023.1.29-2023.4.29)
The player account with crystal recharge record from January 24 to January 29 will be converted into water according to the recharge record, which will double the amount paid
Crystal replacement
From January 24 to January 29, the player account with crystal recharge record will be issued an extra first charge package
Players who purchased a certificate of Honor between January 24 and January 29 will be reissued with a certificate of honor
Monthly card compensation
All player accounts with monthly card purchases (from the start of the service) have their monthly card valid for 30 days
Full Suit Compensation (deadline 5 February)
Crystal 1000
Gold coin 10000
Pass progress Compensation (until the end of the Dragon Reappearance season), 3000 XP
The full service compensation will be issued when you log in for the first time after opening the service. Please check the email attachment to get it.
The paid part of the compensation will be issued within 24 hours after filling in the registration form. If there is any omission in the filling information or no record of the recharge voucher
All, the part of compensation for lack of vouchers will not be issued.
If you need to apply for compensation under special circumstances, contact the production group administrator for negotiation.
