We created a survey to collect information from players experiencing payment or high ping issues.
As you may know, the team is still considering deploying servers in additional regions to reduce latency for players outside the CIS.
The team is also aware of the payment issues affecting Astrum Play and VK Play accounts. In most cases, these issues are caused by restrictions imposed by the banks or payment systems that process payments. However, the team is looking for a solution to ensure uninterrupted in-game purchases for all players. We'll be sure to share more details as soon as we have them.
For now, we'd like to focus on gathering information about these issues. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and help the team better understand where affected players are located and how frequently these problems occur.
