Callsign and Clan Name Guidelines

With the launch of the English and Chinese localizations and the expansion of our international community, we are updating our moderation rules for callsigns and clan names.

These new requirements are designed to help maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all players, regardless of their region or language.

Please note: these rules apply to all forms of writing, including Cyrillic, Latin characters, numbers, special symbols, combinations of them, and any other attempts to bypass moderation filters.

Prohibited Callsigns and Clan Names

Advertising and Links

Any advertising, links, or promotion of third-party resources are prohibited, including:

• Websites;

• Telegram channels;

• Social media accounts;

• Account-selling services;

• Cheat-related resources;

• Websites containing 18+ content.

This restriction applies regardless of the domain zone or formatting used.

Cheats and Fraud

The following are prohibited:

• References to cheats or methods of bypassing the game's security systems;

• Names of fraudulent services;

• Encouraging the use of prohibited software;

• Any wording related to the above, even without direct links.

Marketplaces

Names associated with the following are prohibited:

• Account sales;

• Purchasing in-game currency;

• Real-money trading (RMT);

• Third-party marketplaces.

Impersonating Project Staff

The following may not be used:

• The words "Admin," "Administrator," "Moderator," or similar terms;

• Callsigns that create the impression of being an official project representative.

Personal Information and Official Brands

The following are prohibited:

• Publishing personal information;

• Using the names of brands, companies, or organizations to impersonate them or create the impression of an official affiliation.

Offensive Language

The following are prohibited:

• Profanity and insults;

• Disguised profanity;

• Offensive expressions in any language.

Extremism and Terrorism

The following are prohibited:

• Names of banned organizations;

• Justification of terrorism;

• Extremist slogans;

• Names of terrorists;

• Symbols and abbreviations associated with terrorism or extremism.

Nazism and Prohibited Symbols

The following may not be used:

• Nazi symbols;

• Promotion of Nazism;

• Related slogans or expressions.

Discrimination and Hate Speech

The following are prohibited:

• Racial slurs;

• Religious insults;

• Discriminatory or degrading statements.

Sexual Content

The following are prohibited:

• Pornographic content;

• Sexualized expressions;

• Justification or promotion of pedophilia;

• Sexualization of minors;

• Any other content related to the above that violates applicable law.

Drug Promotion

The following are prohibited:

• Names of narcotic substances, including commonly known numerical references used in drug culture;

• Drug-related slang;

• Promotion of the use or distribution of prohibited substances.

Suicide and Self-Harm

The following are prohibited:

• Encouraging suicide;

• Glorifying or justifying suicide;

• Any statements promoting harm to oneself or others.

Threats and Criminal Content

The following are prohibited:

• Threats;

• Incitement to violence;

• Promotion of school shootings;

• Glorification or romanticization of criminal activity.

Political Agitation and Provocations

The following are prohibited:

• Political slogans;

• Political campaigning;

• Provocative political statements;

• Discussion of ongoing geopolitical conflicts;

• Insulting or supporting countries or political movements in a provocative context;

• Other politically sensitive topics.

Government Agencies and Official Positions

The following may not be used:

• Names of government agencies;

• Names of official departments;

• Government positions or official state titles in any form.

Names of Public Figures

The use of the names of the following is prohibited:

• Politicians;

• Public figures;

• Other widely recognized individuals.

The restrictions listed above are not exhaustive. The game administration reserves the right to independently assess the acceptability of callsigns and clan names and apply appropriate sanctions whenever a name may violate the Game Rules, the User Agreement, applicable law, or generally accepted standards of conduct, even if the specific case is not explicitly listed above. The administration's decision is final in all disputed cases.

Penalties for Rule Violations

Callsigns and clan names are considered part of the in-game environment and are therefore subject to the same standards as any other game content.

If a violation is identified, the administration reserves the right to apply one or more of the following measures without prior notice:

• Forced callsign or clan name change;

• Temporary restriction of certain game features;

• Temporary account suspension;

• Permanent account suspension for severe or repeated violations;

• Clan deletion or disbandment in cases of repeated or systematic violations.

Please note: attempts to circumvent these rules by replacing letters with numbers, using special characters, intentionally misspelling words, or using any other method to disguise prohibited content are considered violations and may result in penalties.

When determining an appropriate penalty, the administration considers the nature and severity of the violation, the player's previous offenses, and whether there was an intentional attempt to bypass existing restrictions.

Please choose your callsign and clan name carefully. If either violates these rules, we recommend changing it to avoid penalties.
