Update 1.2.5

This update brings a large player art expansion, a full team chemistry and locker room system — alongside a smarter CPU front office, deeper depth-chart control, and a long list of presentation and tracking improvements.

Team Chemistry & Locker Room

  • A living locker room. Every player on your roster now carries a mood shaped by playing time, winning, contract situations, and how you handle them.

  • Situations that demand a response. Unhappy stars come to you with real asks — a plan, a contract, a playoff push — and your answer carries consequences.

  • Promises with consequences. Commitments you make are tracked and remembered. Keep them and the room rewards you; break them and it doesn't forget.

  • Room Hierarchy & captains. See who actually holds sway in your locker room, and name captains across offense, defense, and special teams.

  • Fully optional. The entire system can be toggled off in settings for players who want a pure numbers-and-roster experience.

Smarter CPU Front Offices

  • CPU teams now build with a long-term identity, cycling deliberately through rebuilding and win-now phases instead of reacting season to season.

  • More intelligent trade activity league-wide — contenders buy, rebuilders sell, and the trade market stays alive all year.

  • Initial league generation has been improved for more believable, better-differentiated starting rosters.

Game Day & Depth Chart Control

  • Blowout substitution triggers — starters now come off the field when a game is out of reach, and you control when.

  • Custom snap share editing — set exactly how you want reps distributed by position instead of relying on depth order alone.

  • Kick and punt returners are now assignable in the depth chart, with full return stat tracking.

  • Defensive touchdowns are now tracked across box scores and player stats

League History: Drafts Tab

  • A new Drafts tab in League History lets you revisit every draft class your league has produced — full boards, where players went, and how those picks turned out.

Presentation & Customization

  • Major player portrait expansion. A large batch of new portrait assets is in the game, including a much wider range of body types — heavier-set players now look the part.

  • Jersey and Accessory Shop added to GM Upgrades. Spend your wallet on additional team jerseys and accessories.

  • Adjustable end zone lettering. Tune the size, typeface, and emphasis of the team abbreviation painted in each end zone.

Balance & Fixes

  • ZFF grades recalibrated for a more accurate spread across the league.

  • New setting to delay over-cap roster decisions — postpone forced cap-compliance moves instead of being pushed into them immediately.

  • Fixed a bug that caused duplicate downs to appear in the in-game log.

As always, thank you for the reports and feedback. Really appreciate everyone who has been playing and enjoying the game.
