妄生 - Wandering Souls changes
Dear Players,
Hello everyone.
We previously announced with great excitement that the Early Access version of Wandering Souls (featuring the first four chapters) would launch on June 26.
Thanks to the invaluable help of our playtesters, the optimization of these first four chapters—including bug fixes and the save system—has been successfully completed. We are currently putting the finishing touches on the voice acting.
However, today we must sincerely apologize as we have made the difficult decision to delay the release of Wandering Souls to July 16.
When we originally set our release date, we overlooked the Steam Summer Sale—an annual “clash of the titans.” During the Summer Sale, platform traffic fluctuates wildly, and countless blockbuster titles dominate the spotlight. For an indie game like Wandering Souls with limited marketing resources, there is a very high risk of being instantly buried in the noise.
We deeply apologize for breaking our promise to everyone who has been eagerly anticipating June 26.
We will use this extra time to conduct deeper testing and further polish the first four chapters. Our goal is to deliver a more stable and higher-quality experience for Wandering Souls on July 16.
Thank you again for your understanding, patience, and support. We can’t wait to see you on July 16!
Sincerely,
The Wandering Souls Development Team
