changed'The Patient' gives you more options to explore, as you have access to (almost) the entire premises. This is another example of contrast we wanted to create, compared to the base game, in which you are confined to specific maps.
addedTo add the element of time to exploration, 'The Patient' is separated into time phases. Much like in the base game, time will move on after certain events, only this time slightly more granular. A day is split into several phases (for example morning, afternoon, evening) and once you take certain actions, you will move into the next phase. That being said, within a time phase you can play at your own pace. Time will not move on unless you want it to. Things will change in each phase (for example, people might be gone or be somewhere else), and sometimes what you do in one phase could influence the next. Hopefully you'll enjoy this simple time system.
