changedIt has been a wild couple of years since the release of our first game, and thinking back we decided that this game deserved specific improvements that would help the game be what it should've been from the start. This then spiraled into changing more things than we could count, which we provided a detailed list below of the majority of changes and improvements!
changedWhile almost every system and point of design has been improved, levels have remained the same, which is due to wanting to keep the levels as true to the original state of the game as possible, however for some levels minor changes have been made as to make specific sections more apparent to the eye of the player, such including making a spike put an extra block deeper.
addedThis update also includes extra settings to customize the experience and allow more players to enjoy the game in their own way. Notable settings options that have been added include volume levels, configurable frame rate, v-sync, key binds for PC and Controller, languages (Supporting 10+ languages), and allowing the player to customize certain visual features like the new decorations, lighting, etc.
changedThe games visuals have been improved within this update, this involves improved textures, improved camera effects, lighting, particles, and more!
changedThe sequel for Vylan have been carefully considered and while it is far from completion, it will definitely have a different level structure from that of the first game, focusing more on story elements, opposed to a large quantity of levels that aren't necessarily linked to the game's events. Do not expect to see Vylan sequel for a long time.
changedWe at MOSTLY MAD PRODUCTIONS hope that you enjoy this update, and we would love to hear any feedback relating to extra improvements or changes that would improve the game further.

We have also decided to incorporate some story elements that will link to the story to be featured within the sequel to Vylan. The story detailed is nothing too complex and leaves a lot of loose ends that will be full explained within the sequel.
