VTOL VR changes
This update focuses on mission editor features and improvements, as well as various bug fixes.

Fixed error when a ground unit in a column is destroyed, respawned, and the group is set to a path, caused some unrelated ground units to stop moving
Fixed: NVG brightness setting wasn't persistent
Added NVG pitch setting to NVG options MFD page
Fixed: ILS frequency didn't get quicksaved
Fixed: SOI didn't get quicksaved for non-touchscreen MFDs
Fixed: targeting markers were masked incorrectly in fullscreen NVG mode
Updated AV-42, F/A-26, T-55 livery references to include formation light cutouts
Fixed inconsistent "IR AAM" HUD labels
Fixed AGM-88 and AGM-88S steering in HOJ mode
Multiplayer
Allow player to select where to spawn for slots with "Selectable Alt Spawns" checked in the editor
Fixed: AI buddy lasing didn't work for clients
- Fixedplayer's spectator status was not reset when lobby ends or switches to new mission, caused inop eject handle in DLC vehicles
Fixed: missing spectate button when mission is over
Added list of recently played with users to MP menu
Automatically mute blocked players when joining a lobby
Added warning when joining a lobby that contains blocked members
Allow blocking players as a client (this will only mute the player and prevent them from joining games you host in the future)
Fixed a network crash caused by syncing multicrew weapons after a vehicle is destroyed/weapon is jettisoned
Fixed jerking/snapping when spawning on moving carrier
Mission Editor
Added "Fire Random Event" system action
Fixed: air units could spawn incorrectly if some alternate spawns are airborne while others are landed
Added "Selectable Alt Spawns" option for player to select from alternate spawns when spawning in Multiplayer
Added "Force Alt Spawn" event action for MP spawns without selectable alt spawns
Added ability to target specific alt spawns for certain event actions (Multiplayer Spawn only for now)
Added ability to place units with alternate spawns on carriers
- Fixedspawn lives could be changed per alt-spawn (should be same for all)
Added actions/options to enable/disable alt spawn points
Added Weather Preset Editor (Toolbar Edit->Weather Presets)
Added missing "Fuel Level" and "Engines On" conditionals to Multiplayer Spawn
Added Unit List "Any Gets Killed By" unit list conditional
Added: "Gets Damaged By" conditions for units and unit lists
