addedCreators can now turn any map into a competitive shooter — no Blueprints needed. Tag a zone as free-for-all or team deathmatch, drop spawn points, add a scoreboard, and hand out weapons. VR Realms handles health, hit detection, smart respawns, team balancing, and a live scoreboard with kills and team totals, fully synced for everyone in the session. Kill caps, damage, and health are all adjustable per map, and more modes like capture points are on the way using the same system.
changedOn the avatar side, turning an Epic MetaHuman into a Workshop avatar now brings your hair along too — hair, eyebrows, mustache, and beard convert automatically with your MetaHuman's own coloring, plus a lifelike catchlight in the eyes. It's zero-setup, so your custom MetaHuman look is ready to wear in VR Realms in just a couple of clicks.
