Hello all! Just wanted to post a quick update about the release of Void Miner Prologue.

Void Miner – Incremental Asteroids Roguelite changes
Its the third day since release and over 1000 of you just on steam have gotten the demo! On top of that there have been over 2000 plays on itch, 1000 additions to user wishlists, coverage by about a dozen YouTubers so far, and an approval to host my game on Armor Games. I am so happy and thankful for everyone that has been a part of this. I am a solo developer and seeing my work result to something has been amazing. Thank you all so much!
Ive received an overwhelming amount of feedback in my discord. Everything from how much you guys enjoyed the game to new feature suggestions and of course bugs.
Every day ive worked hard to address each one of these and here are some changes since then
Upgrade screen now snaps back to visible upgrades when scrolling away
Input does not bubble up through pause menu when in upgrade scene and upgrade view does not scroll when user slides the music volume
Increased scroll and drag responsiveness in upgrade scene
Asteroids now have a speed boost when spawning in
Upgrades have been moved around, mainly energy being the first upgrade players see
Small tutorial text
Space ship wraps around quicker after leaving screen
Add sound settings
Turn off collision with mothership
Rename energy to fuel because energy is confusing.
Sound clip on energy death was playing through sfx, fixed it
Connection lines between upgrades now does not scale with screen size and just mOVES
Pulsing effect to show upgrades are purchasable
Wave counter to show there is an objective to reach
Time to complete has been added
Added resolution switcher in main menu options.
The game still does not support ultrawide monitors but it now offers the users a way to snap back to 16:9 aspect ratios to make the game playable
Added toggle auto fire button in game pause menu.
Added toggle for movement style
